Creating a store account

Because logging into the Seller Center system, sellers need to create a store account through their computer. The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Enter the link, select > Sign in.

Step 2: Enter your phone number to register.

Step 3: Wait to receive the OTP code.

Step 4: Verify OTP code

Step 5: Set a password Your password must be 5-40 characters long, consisting of English letters, numbers, underscores, and periods. No spaces or numbers alone are allowed.

Step 6: Successfully registered

Sellers can access their store account by logging in via email, phone number. or username and enter your password

Creating a store

Sellers can create a store by entering the following details:

  1. Email to log in to Seller Center system
  1. Seller’s company information Including the product brand name
  1. Product pick-up location information and place for returning products
  1. Other information about your store

How to sell basic products

Sellers can list products for sale by selecting the menu. “Create a product” and enter product information as follows:

1. Basic information of the product (Basic Information) as follows:

  • Product images: 1:1 size, maximum 9 images
  • Product video: Maximum size 30Mb, resolution should not exceed 1280x1280px, length not exceeding 60 seconds, MP4 format file, maximum 1 video.
  • Product Name: Maximum length 255 characters and minimum 60 characters.
  • Product Category: Select the correct category for at least one product category.
  • Product details: Maximum length 6,000 characters.

2. Specifications (Information can only be entered after selecting the product category)

  • Enter product brand information

3. Sales Information (Information can be entered only after selecting the product category)

  • Product options such as color, size, or capacity can have different prices.
  • Original price: Initial price
  • Selling price: The desired selling price after deducting discounts. The seller can set the discount period.
  • Warehouse : Specify the amount of stock. Select the warehouse for that product.
  • Wholesale price: Sellers can set a wholesale price level for their products. However, wholesale prices are hidden when the product is under an Add-on Deal or Bundle Deal.

4. Shipping

  • Weight: Specify the weight of the product in kilograms (kg).
  • Parcel size: Specify the parcel size: width x length x height in centimeters (cm).

5. Others (Others)

  • Pre-order: The seller can specify whether the product is ready to ship or is a pre-order product. If it is a ready-to-ship product The seller must ship within 2 business days and Pre-order products must be shipped within 7-30 business days.
  • Condition: The seller can state that the item is new. or products that have been used
  • Parent SKU: The seller can specify the SKU number in the seller’s product system.

After checking the information Sellers can choose to save the draft (Save Draft) for further editing or Submit (Submit) to display products for sale.
