- Vacation mode will prevent sellers from accepting new orders while it is active. Therefore, make sure that orders received before vacation mode are activated are shipped.
- Always be prepared to respond to refund/return requests as the system will assume that you have accepted the refund/return request. If you do not reply within the specified time period.
