Batch product editing feature
The batch edit feature allows you to edit multiple Amaze product listings at once.
The batch editing feature is very useful during your store’s campaign or promotion period, saving you time when editing a large number of product data in Seller Center.
How to access and edit products in batch
1. Go to the My Products menu on the Seller Centre page.
Home >>> Portal >>> My Products
2. Select Make a set, then select the Edit product data in sets topic.
3. Select the editing format.
4. Use data filters to create a form that only includes certain products that need to be edited.
5. Click Create, then click Download to export the form.
6. When all details are specified, save the file and upload it to Mass Upload with the following file size and format:

Editing incomplete items
If there are any incomplete items from using batch edit, click the download button to retrieve and edit the information again.
You can see the reason under the Failed column why the product was not uploaded completely, then fix it and upload it again.

After you have finished editing the product information, press save and then you are ready to upload it back into the Amaze system.
1.Under the Upload menu, then select Choose File to upload the file.

You can upload up to 3 files at a time. Please wait for the system to finish uploading files each time before starting to upload new files. To avoid errors that may occur
2. Check the list of completed products under the Actions section.
note
If the system shows the number 0 under the column Already processed Shows that the upload It may not succeed due to system failure or internet connection problems. You can upload a new one by clicking Try again under the column Proceed with correction of incomplete uploaded items.
If there are some products in the form file that cannot be edited yet, You can click Download that form under the Process column to review it immediately.
