Delivery time of the store
Delivery date is the period during which the store must deliver the product according to the delivery preparation period. (DTS) of each product as determined by the store. However, the delivery date does not include Sundays and public holidays.
Usually, delivery of products within the specified time is one of the important factors that make buyers give high product reviews.

Sundays are not included in the calculation of delivery date. and public holidays
If your store has a large number of orders that are delivered late, your delayed delivery rate (LSR) will increase. and may lead to receiving conduct points.
To avoid receiving conduct points Stores need to deliver products within the time period specified by order management criteria divided into 2 topics.
- Orders whose delivery is delayed beyond Day to Ship (DTS)
- Orders that were automatically canceled
Product delivery is delayed.
is an order item that the store has delivered late beyond the required delivery date. Stores should arrange pickup/delivery within Day 2 to prevent orders from being automatically canceled.
⚠️Note
For stores that use delivery services from other delivery providers or shipping channels not supported by Amaze, you will need to arrange shipping on that shipping channel yourself.
Automatic order cancellation
Will automatically cancel the order and refund the customer in 2 cases.
- The store did not make an appointment to receive the product with the delivery company within 2 days after the payment order was completed.
- The store makes an appointment to pick up the product with the delivery company within the delivery date. But the store didn’t deliver the product within 2 days after the delivery date.
